For many years, before I had a true understanding of the nervous system and just how massively it can influence all areas of our health and wellbeing, I tried so many different treatments for what I thought I was experiencing: anxiety and chronic fatigue.

Viewing my symptoms and experiences from the lens of the nervous system completely changed my understanding of why I was feeling the way I was feeling.

âĄď¸ I went from being the person always having to leave a dinner party early (because I was exhausted and needed to get to bed) to not even realising how late it was because I was having so much fun.
âĄď¸ I went from being a chronic nail biter to having long, healthy nails without even consciously trying to stop biting.

âĄď¸ I went from thinking I had âanxietyâ and that I was âemotional and reactiveâ to feeling empowered and in control, through understanding the states of my nervous system and my triggers.

WHY isnât this taught to us growing up?
Over many years I have witnessed countless transformations in my clients from taking a nervous system informed approach, rather than just a "stress management" or "anxiety management" approach.Â
I've seen time & time again that no matter what is going with your health, understanding and supporting your nervous system is one of the most important things you can do.

What makes this course different?
When I was looking for further tools to support my nervous system I searched far & wide. I studied, took courses, read books, researched, and piece by piece brought together a nervous system framework that transformed my life & relationship with my nervous system, as well as my clientsâ.

Most nervous system teachers and courses out there teach somatic tools and practices but completely miss the foundations. One of my favourite quotes is âitâs not just what you do, itâs how you do itâ. You need a true understanding of the foundations, otherwise tools and practices won't get you very far.Â

I am astounded at how many nervous system courses, guides, books and programs out there miss some CORE fundamentals to nervous system health, such as nutrition and lifestyle foundations. As a qualified nutritionist, I know what a significant role nutrition plays when it comes to nervous system regulation. As a degree-qualified naturopath and medical herbalist too Iâve also included lifestyle practices that are core foundations for nervous system health, as well as information on herbs + supplements that can offer support on your regulation journey.

As a qualified naturopath, nutritionist, herbalist and Polyvagal-infomed NLP practitioner I approach nervous system regulation in a way that is holistic and unique. I developed my nervous system approach when trying to heal my own dysregulated nervous system and through many years supporting thousands of people with their health.
